The Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared 2020” is the November 2020 release of the all-time classic colorway of the retro runner. Nike celebrated the legendary silhouette’s 30-year anniversary in 2020 by bringing back the original shape and materials used on the first batch of colorways from 1990, including the “Infrared” design seen here. The upper features a mixture of materials and colors arranged in true-to-original fashion. White mesh detailing can be found on the toe and collar. The mid-panel, toe, and collar display a contrasting grey felt overlay that breaks up the appearance. A slightly darker shade of grey is used on the Swoosh detailing found on the mid-panel. “Infrared” accenting appears on the eyelets, Air Max branding window, heel tab, and panel that surrounds the visible Air unit in the heel.
