The Ronnie Fieg x New Balance 992 “Kithmas - Burgundy” is one of three holiday inspired colorways of the popular low-top silhouette designed by New York City based sneaker designer Ronnie Fieg. Released by Kith and New Balance during the holiday 2020 season, the trio of imaginatively named “Kithmas” 992s capped what was an extraordinary year for the premium lifestyle shoe. The “Burgundy” features what could be best described as a distinctly ‘90s outerwear color palette consisting of pastel hues like teal, pink, and of course, burgundy. Breathable white mesh can be found on the toe, mid-panel, and collar of the shoe. A buttery teal suede overlay appears on the mid-panel surrounding the white leather “N” branding. White pebbled leather detailing can be found on the forefoot and heel. Plush burgundy suede dots the upper and lower eyelets and the toe-to-heel mudguard. A subtle “992” insignia can be found on a reflective overlay on the heel. “Kith” and “Fieg” branding windows can be found on the tongue and heel, respectively. Release date: December 23, 2020.
